When you make a withdrawal request, funds will be transferred back to the account from which the deposit was made.

The transfer of funds will be made using the same method of payment you used to deposit.

You now need to enter this address into the target address in your wallet. Make sure you enter the address exactly as it appears or ‘copy+paste’ to avoid mistakes. If you are using a wallet on your smartphone, then simply scan the QR code which will populate the target address field exactly as it should be.

Now, enter the amount of Bitcoin you wish to transfer to us. Once you are satisfied, submit the transaction. Take note, it may take a few minutes for the transaction to be verified and processed by the network.

You will receive an email confirming your deposit once the funds have been received and allocated to your trading account.

All withdrawals, up to the initial deposit sum, will be sent back to the original account from which the deposit was made.

The withdrawal of profits over the initial deposit amount will be sent via  bank transfer, unless the deposit was  performed through moneybookers.

Fund withdrawals are available to account holders but not to third parties.

Except for on weekends and holidays, all withdrawal requests are processed daily between 9:00 and 17:00 server time (GMT +2).

Your withdrawal request will be processed on the same business day if it is received prior to 02:00 GMT. However,  it will be postponed to the following business day if it is received after 02:00 GMT.

You can make a withdrawal request for the amount currently available for withdrawal in your trading account.

Any withdrawal processed by credit /debit card will be credited back to same card, up to the principal amount (initial deposit).

All withdrawal requests will be handled and funds will reach the customer, within 7 working days.
